To earn the 2-Year Artist Diploma in Songwriting and Performance students have to undertake and complete the 4 semesters it mandates
How to Apply
Follow these steps and begin your journey at GMI!
Step 1 : Apply
GMI has two annual intakes – January and August, subject to meeting minimum enrolment numbers
Fill in the online application form to enroll for the program
Step 2 : Folio Submission
You will be required to submit 1-2 video links of your performance on your indiciated principal instrument
Step 3 : Selection
We will contact you to arrange for an interview + audition (Fundamental Theory Test & Instrument Proficiency Test) either in person or on video call.
If accepted, GMI will send you an offer letter and fee notice. In a situation where the applicant doesn’t meet the required minimum skill-set (basis the panel, we can offer a boot camp of 4 days to prepare them for the full time program of GMI). The student will have to successfully complete the boot camp and meet the desired criteria to be eligible for progress to the 2 Yr Artist Diploma.
