Almudena Díaz-LLanos Longares is a pianist, songwriter, composer from Madrid, Spain. After her under-graduation in Western classical piano in the Valencia Conservatory of Spain, she received a scholarship from Berklee College of Music to develop her project as a Songwriter. ⁠
After finishing her Master’s degree, she received the proposal to travel to Mumbai to work with the acclaimed director Rajat Kapoor, where she created the additional background music for his award-winning movie ¨Kadakh¨.⁠
She has also performed in different festivals and venues. Between her collaborations, we can find artists like Joe Alvares, Anisha Lakshmanan, Abhijit Vaghani, Vaibhav Bundhoo (TVF), Dhaval Kothari, Ripple Drift, diverse musical jazz projects and flamenco, Kathak, folk music with piano, and collaborations with independent filmmakers like Shraddha Bilwal and independent production houses.⁠
At the moment she is based in Delhi, co-directing ¨Silk Road Studios¨ and working in different projects as an arranger, composer and songwriter.⁠

Tarun’s music and artistry has been described as “nothing short of remarkable” (AllAboutJazz, USA) and his debut album, Sacred World has said to “point to the future of jazz in India” (Time Out Magazine, India). Regarded as “one of the finest and most successful jazz drummers and composers to emerge from the country ” (Wild City), with his latest release “Dharma” on Berthold Records, Tarun delivers yet another fearless, imaginative and heartfelt set of music.⁠

⁠An inward and spiritual experience for Tarun, music has had a very special impact on his life, in finding his voice as an artist, and building a career as a composer, performer and an educator. His music is driven by a restless desire to be a holistic artist, and inspired by his Indian roots.⁠

Priyana Chauhan

Priyana Chauhan is a musician, composer, vocalist and educator based in New Delhi, India. She has been⁠ a full time student at the Global Music Institute and has also been awarded scholarship to attend⁠ Berklee College of Music in Boston. As a composer and songwriter, she works on writing and making her⁠ own music which comes from trying to communicate stories and experiences from her life as simply but⁠ eloquently as possible and constantly works at exploring various styles and sounds as an artist. Her⁠
musical influences range all the way from folk, singer-songwriter and country to pop, R&B and jazz.⁠
As a musician she frequently performs all over Delhi NCR and across other cities in the country. She is⁠ part of several projects, and has performed with many popular names in the Delhi music circuit. She also⁠ leads the act ‘Eshaan and Priyana’ along with Eshaan Sood as part of a voice and guitar duo as well as⁠ trio, quartet and quintet settings of the same name. She is currently working on and in the process of⁠
rolling out her original work.⁠

Manojna Yeluri is an artist rights, entertainment and intellectual property rights lawyer. She runs Artistik License – a legal consultancy and platform which addresses the needs of independent artists and creative practitioners. Manojna is also the Asia Regional Representative for PEN America’s Artists at Risk Connection program.⁠

She has spent the past decade working with the creative community, studying and advising on subjects related to music business law, art law, creative entrepreneurship and artistic freedom. Manojna has also been invited to share her learnings at several regional and international conferences including Indiearth Xchange, the Indian Ocean Music Market (IOMMA), the World Music Expo (WOMEX) and the Safe Havens Conference. ⁠

Manojna graduated from the NALSAR University of Law in Hyderabad, India and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Entertainment, Media and Intellectual Property Rights Law from the UCLA School of Law, Los Angeles, USA.⁠

She shuttles between Hyderabad and Bangalore, India where she works out of her home offices.

Vedang Parmar

Vedang is an Indian Lyric Baritone currently based in London, where he is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Music Education and Opera Performance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. During his undergraduate studies at Middlesex University, Vedang was awarded the South-Asia Regional Award and achieved a distinction in Vocal Performance. He has performed works from Britten’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas among others at venues across London. Vedang has played various roles in Opera scenes, including his recent role of Masetto in Don Giovanni directed by Grammy award-winner Gidon Saks, and Marco in Gianni Schicchi. Vedang is also an accomplished musical theatre performer and most recently played the role of Lucentio in an adaptation of the American Musical Kiss Me Kate. Vedang’s dedication to music as an educator is evident in his work as a voice faculty member at the KM Music Conservatory (2020-21) in India, founded by the Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman. During his time in India, he also learnt Indian classical singing and Indian genres of music like Sufi, Ghazal, Khyal and Qawwali. One of Vedang’s recent notable performances was in a choir for the fundraiser concert in London “Taras Shevchenko in Song” which aimed to provide medical aid to people affected by the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The choir was conducted by Ukrainian composer and conductor, Maksym Levytsky. Vedang recently collaborated with the Irene Taylor Trust, working alongside people with lived experience of prisons, composed music and performed at The Great Hall, Blackheath Halls. Vedang is a soloist and chorister with the Black British Classical Foundation’s BBCF Voices and most recently performed at the concert for the coronation celebration of King Charles III and the BBCF Annual Summer Concert in Kensington Gardens.

Classically trained pianist, Vatsal started his musical journey under the tutelage of Roshen Gazder, LRSM for over 10 years, and Suddhaseel Sen. He also had the opportunity to study under Pedro Carneiro Silva and Gabriel Geszti at Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music, and placed first in academics in all three semesters. Vatsal has also had the opportunity to learn from Shai Maestro, Garry Dial, Aman Mahajan and Sharik Hasan to name a few pianists.

Being an active performing musician in the Delhi music scene, Vatsal is also part of a number of projects, such as Submarine in Space, Syncopation, Roulette and Soliloquy among others and also had the opportunity to work with musicians across the world and play in festivals such as the NH7 Weekender, Ziro Music Festival, Serendipity Music Festival and Magnetic Fields to name a few. He has also recently released an album with Submarine in Space, and has albums with Be Right Back and Syncopation releasing this year. Vatsal is also writing an album with Soliloquy, his Piano trio.

Vatsal is also a music educator and has had the opportunity to work at various music schools and colleges across the country.

Siddharth Gautam

Siddharth Gautam, a New Delhi-based guitarist, started his musical pursuit with tabla in school. Discovering the guitar in college, he embarked on a decade-long career playing in Bangalore’s bar scene, Mumbai’s commercial industry, and Delhi’s jazz clubs. Collaborating with bands like Thermal and a Quarter, The Revisit Project, and Radha Thomas Ensemble, he contributes to the emerging jazz scene in India. Siddharth also leads personal projects, “Django Twins” and the “SAS Trio,” showcasing his versatility. Proudly endorsing D’Addario strings and Walden guitars, Siddharth’s exceptional talent and dedication continue to shape the landscape of improvised music in India.

VRIDIAN is an electronic music project based out of New Delhi, India.

Being the alias of music producer Vir RC, this project has a penchant for atmospheric, emotive and groovy electronic music. Inspired by a wide range of musical influences, VRIDIAN has released on imprints such as Manjumasi, Traum Schallplatten, Qilla Records, Nie Wieder Schlafen & Dream Culture.

With a passion for the craft of (appropriate & situational) DJing, the project has also become a regular feature on club bills across the Indian subcontinent.

VIRIDIAN’s releases have gained active support from the likes of Atish, Frankey & Sandrino, David Hohme, Kohra, Tim Penner & Mark Slee. His catalog also boasts stellar remixes of his music from some of the best in the game, such as Clarian & Tim Engelhardt.

Ripple Drift is the creative alias of IDM producer, sound engineer, and educator, Satyam Sangwan. Knowing the ins and outs of the music-making process, Satyam actively produces and engineers artists, jams on analog synths, and mentors students. He runs his own music space, Silk Road Studios, in New Delhi.

The singer and educator Jatziri Gallegos was born in México City. She moved to New York City to obtain a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The City College of New York (summa cum laude) and a Master of Music from The Aaron Copland School of Music at Queens College as well as different certifications specialized in the study of the voice. As an improviser, she has collaborated with several musicians from around the world sharing her music within the repertoire of the American and Latin American Songbook. She became the Jazz Vocal Coordinator of the Jazz Study Center of Veracruzana University in 2017 and has been an adjunct teacher at prestigious universities in México. She is part of the National Association of Singing Teachers in México and has presented at conferences and her research work at congresses around México. She received the Linakis Scholarship (2016) and the Mexican Studies Institute grant (2014) in NYC as well as the FONCA scholarship for performers and creators (2019) in México. Jazziri looks forward to engaging and collaborating with the next generation of musicians around the world as she believes music might strengthen the soul of the community.
